As I gear up for a couple days of travel, I’m revisiting what’s in my backpack! Heavily inspired by Aaron Bergman, here’s my preparedness list:

  • Advil - Ibuprofen 200mg tablets (~10x)
  • Neosporin - Antibiotic ointment (0.5oz)
  • Emergen-C (1x, probably should add more)
  • Shaving kit (maybe just me, disposable razor + 0.25oz shaving gel from a hotel)

  • Hydrocortisone cream (15g)
  • Chapstick
  • Noise-cancelling wireless headphones (mine also come with a wire!)
  • Notebook (1x)
  • Pens, pencils, etc.
