Everything that's in my backpack
As I gear up for a couple days of travel, I’m revisiting what’s in my backpack! Heavily inspired by Aaron Bergman, here’s my preparedness list:
- Protein bars (3 - 5x)
- Bandaids (variety pack)
- Alcohol swabs (3x)
- Medical tape (1x, roll)
- Rolled gauze (1x)
- Gauze pads (1x)
- Narcan (2x)
- USB stick (64Gb)
- Advil - Ibuprofen 200mg tablets (~10x)
- Neosporin - Antibiotic ointment (0.5oz)
- Emergen-C (1x, probably should add more)
- Shaving kit (maybe just me, disposable razor + 0.25oz shaving gel from a hotel)
- Earplugs (2x, the cheap foam ones you get on flights sometimes)
- Green tea bags (~7x, also maybe just me)
- Microfiber cloth (small)
- Rubber bands
- Safety pins
- Gum (5x, the cheap doublemint sticks)
- N95 masks (7x)
- Instant coffee packs (~5x)
- Floss picks (~3x)
- Stain remover stick
- Disposable utensils (~4x)
- Hand sanitizer (~1x)
- Battery pack (Anker 20k, very chunky but very good)
- Travel sunscreen (1 oz)
- Travel tissues
- Zinc acetate lozenges (don’t actually have these yet, but soon!)
- Acetaminophen (650 mg tablets, ~12x)
- Meftal Spas (can replace with midol, it’s an NSAID + Antispasmodic)
- Hydrocortisone cream (15g)
- Chapstick
- Noise-cancelling wireless headphones (mine also come with a wire!)
- Notebook (1x)
- Pens, pencils, etc.
- Deodorant
- Folder with loose papers
- USB-C cable
- USB-C to Lightning cable
- USB-C Charging block
